Return to the Rio Grande Valley of New Mexico with Molly Lewis and friends as they experience a life-altering encounter with the Axe Lady ghost known to haunt Old Town, Albuquerque. The search to find out why the hostile confrontation appeared to be personal begins, including discovering the identity of the Axe Lady in life.
Meanwhile, life in the small village along the Rio Grande river is starting to return to normal after the tragic deaths of two beloved sons on the eve of the new year in 1891. As their families struggle to put back the pieces after the devastation, Pilar Vega is setting the groundwork to exact her revenge on her sister for the unforgivable act of capturing the heart of her beloved Oliver. The only thing that might stop her is her own encounter with the supernatural in the form of an unlikely spirit with a deep connection to one of her brothers.
